and how much upper body strength you have. also since i did rings, balance bars, spring boards/handspring boards, tumbles, tap swings, amanar etc etc for basically half my life (well like 40% or so) i suppose im not totally an average person in that aspect
also i am 56kg witch is 123lbs, when i last weighed myself around a month ago.
according to gov (BC) BMI calculator i am 17.2 witch is slightly under weight for my height
https://www.cdc.gov/healthyweight/assessing/bmi/adult_bmi/english_bmi_calculator/bmi_calculator.html
i'v been this same weight since i was 17, i'm now 21
it's close enough to the average that it's not "unhealthy"
i eat pretty decently, i definitely do not eat 2500 calories a day but i usually
intake anywhere from 1300-1700 depending on what i'm doing.
i haven't really gained or lost weight in 4 years and the physician i'v been seeing for the last few years every now and again says, that everything looks fine but recommends i try to get atleast 2k calories each day if possible. Sometimes i try to but i can't force myself to eat if i'm not hungry
i feel great and have alot of energy everyday so i'v been just sticking to what i usually do mostly
i'm just a little close and they do recommend i try to get upto 130lbs
ether way. they think everything is "fine" just not optimal
lastly my body fat percentage is 6%
So I'm strong, and can do all the usual hand strength goofy tests (Breaking walnuts with my thumb, crushing apples 1 handed) but I'm heavy, 220lbs, so that might give me issue over a period of time.
If its hanging arms straight i fail because of grip strength, not because of lack of upperbody strenght.
However, the hanging from a bar "test" is a trick that has everything to do with your size. Big guys always fail quickly, while the skinny nerds can hang there all day long. This "test" only exists to make skinny nerds feel better about themselves.
