most rings like this are also less than 5% titanium. it requires a tungsten carbide matrix to reduce brittleness in the titanium alloy, so you're allowed to market essentially any% titanium as 100% titanium.

Titanium is brittle, by itself. Opening a beer with it would be a bad idea as it would likely chip/fracture.
Considering the description in that link, i wouldn't buy that ring on a bet. It's probably "Genuine Titanium" which is half a dozen toxic alloys that once got to see a piece of real titanium before they got smelted, polished up, and put in a box.
At that cheap price?!? Highly likely this is mixed with a lot of other (cheap) metals & only contains a very small amount of titanium & those rings will eventually chip after some use for opening beer bottles.
Even in my country a new porcelain crown to replace a chipped tooth cost approx 700 Euros. So If I were you, I would not use my teeth.
