genetic engineering should only be used to improve the individuals based on their physical and biological problems, not to mess up with the evolution of our species, even if i'd like to be an hybrid of either a Tiger, a Lion or some scaled animals, to be an anthropomorphical animal like in Bloody Roar

Oddly enough, super and hyper are Greek/Latin cognates, and as such, have the exact same definition.

But in colloquial usage, they're not the same. It depends on who you ask, but a I'm with the guys above who say ultra > hyper > super
