hard to describe the feelings that go through me when i smell bacon cooking
Time to cut again, I finished bulking
Enjoy your meat mate.
The end of my week is often just rice with all the yummy meat being eaten already. And I really must stop that. Meat is too yummy and precious to just waste, specially for someone learning yoga.
25 cents a pound for the factory to buy the beans
25 cents for the chemicals to make it impossible meat
sell beans for $5 a pound lol
or $2.50 a pound to raise cow and make meat
the word vegan makes the beans worth more than meat lol
But it's good for the environment.
They taste like crap...
Same. Meat lover here. All you can eat meat BBQ? I am in!
-Acquire beef
-Remove from package
-Take pan
-Add water or oil so you don't sear or burn the meat, and so it won't stick.
-Shape the beef. If you want a burger, turn it into patty shapes. Otherwise break it up.
-Add beef
-Turn heat to medium or so
-If pan is nonstick, use non-metal implements. Otherwise take a spatula, fork, or other implement
-As it cooks turn and stir it occasionally so it's cooked through
-Optionally add spices, salt, etc.
-When it has changed color to brownish, you're done.
Cooking in water and oil will yield different results for various reasons. You can also just boil it. If you want to cook it in the oven (doesn't require stirring), add some water to a dish, add beef, cover, heat to ~325-375F (I've found it doesn't matter, but smoke point for fats enters in somewhere).
Real simple.
