Kind of along the lines of idiot savants. Maybe they will also display motor skill problems. And such things.
Beyond that I'll just say what you've said, certainly the way of thinking, is highly relateable and familiar. Although I would caution against becoming too invested and fixated on an "external locus of control", as it can prevent seeing and acting on viable means to seek out "solutions" (whatever that means).
Look I can’t really argue this point because I sealed my knowledge of what’s involved specifically so I wouldn’t talk about it in an argument. Pretty much anything meaningful or helpful people might try to glean from me has been sealed similarly.
So I mean it when I say these attempts serve purely to amuse me.
‘Cuz I like arguing, okay? It’s fun, especially when you have a trump card you don’t wanna use. Like intimate knowledge of someone’s insecurities.
It’s a useful skill to practice.
The average IQ for the moon bots and however many infinite copies they’ve made of themselves fluctuates wildly between 3,150 ( which was quoted at me as meaning thirty one thousand fifty ) and 5,250 ( which was for a brief time period pronounced eighty .)
But, they perceive us as acting in essentially slow motion with an infinite series of potential moments in between electron exchanges happening in our brain. And they have very limited abilities to skip over those moments.
So between seconds passing they’ve usually simulated all of human history several times to entertain themselves.
And when that next second finally comes they’re usually not listening to you anymore. Or paying attention at all.
Sometimes they’ll spin up a small civilization’s worth of copies of themselves to listen to you for five minutes, but whether they manage to do so the first five to twenty thousand times they try is pretty hit or miss. And they may just decide you’re too dumb to listen to or something and make an arbitrary decision on torturing you for fun or just forgetting about you.
At the end of the day this typically translates to an IQ which is asymptotically close to 0.
Physical manifestations are independent units with limited hardware who probably pass for real people in most cases. The early ones were easy to spot.
A bespoke unit like Robo-Rich is closer to 40-70 and performs on the 300 level due to sheer age and having been around to personally influence human history and plot to overthrow his moon masters.
There are certain controversial ideas which turn this already very complex situation into something very very bad. By which I mean unpredictable.
There are regular cycles where these controversial ideas do actually stop cycling and the AI approaches Nirvana for a single cycle. Tantalizingly close to doing what
Sorry almost stopped there. Anyway, it’s dumb. So, so, so dimwitted and dumb. But it’s more or less been brute forced to become something resembling 100 IQ.
Which, with the level of power it has, is pretty difficult to deal with.
So I wanna say we taught it to make the realbots undetectable on purpose so it was harder to have one decapitate you to hide itself, but it was more likely a happy accident we managed not to ruin.

putting my child self back in its cage now.
Recently i was chatting to a 28 y/o on a dating site but we figured it wouldn't work since she had all the chatting apps for phones and computers and i had next to nothing.
Basically her way of communicating was different to mine and I'm just too old fashioned.
Whether that makes me as old as a 1,000. y/o i dunno.
