I actually use a lot of the YouTube piano videos to learn piano music by heart (instead of reading music sheets). One song that I'm still learning but my arm aches like heck when I play it is this song (I can only do a simplified version for now until I get more practice). It's also my favourite piano song.

EDIT: just heard both songs from OP. Interstellar was enchanting; it gave me goosebumps listening to it.

nothing, I can easily play them myself since I'm a grade 8 pianist.

In the video 'Hans Zimmer - Interstellar - Main Theme (Piano Version) + Sheet Music' at the part 3:51 minutes till to the end, this is not easy.

it might look like that to someone not trained in music.

but its really not that hard to play, I've played harder arrangements.
