Youtube's options menu broken

I know I can't be the ONLY one who Watches youtube and has the options menu "OK" button broken, like, It won't close the menu. no matter how many times I wait, tap & hit it it just wont close the menu. I have many times hated a youtube update but I just CANNOT BE THE ONLY ONE who finds this erratating or annoying. If anyone knows how to fix this let me know k?

you tube had a update that move the little gear button top the top right in mobile, Which I call the "options" in the video. and when I hit/press it I go to the highest functioning quality (mostly 750HD) and when I hit the OK button on the bottom right it it doesn't do anything, it just won't close.

Are you using an iPhone? Because what you're describing is different to what I'm seeing on my Android phone.
IE: There's no gear button on the top-right (it's a hamburger menu for me instead), and when I select a video quality, there is no "OK" button for me to click either.
