Why are all gaming laptops ugly?

They all have angles and led lights everywhere. Only edgy 12-year olds like desing like that. Why can't they look classy, like ps4 or notebooks?

Because gamers grow up and get a Desktop and game when they can because that's life.( used to have an Alienware m9700 laptop, but no more and never again)

I've NEVER seen an adult on a plane/work/train/ whatever being mobile and "gaming on the go". Adults don't have time for that, So the gaming laptops are catered to kids and teens/college kids at the oldest that like all those showy lights and fluff

To justify the hefty price tag and power behind the system. It's certainly eye-catching for better or worse.

I absolutely despise the "gamer" aesthetic. I prefer a more utilitarian design without any pointless garnish.
