In it, Jim Beach (acc to wiki he was/possibly still is Queen's manager) said the very last thing (freddie) said to me was you can do anything you like with my music, my image, my life, anything, but never make me boring. So i'm guessing that's where the quote comes from. He may well have said it to band members too.
Freddie is then shown in an old interview saying "songs are like buying a new dress or a shirt. you wear it and then discard it. people are always writing new songs"
I've heard everything from Freddie did it, to it was the producer, to someone sang it double time and they slowed it down.
I had to google that, never even heard of that song. I'm not a big Queen aficionado, i only have 2 of their albums plus the 3 volume greatest hits. I've got most of the documentaries and the live performances that have aired on tv though.
Not really a guilty pleasure for me, more i generally listen to music but with Queen it's more of a show to watch. A lot of that is down to the sheer volume of songs they have. It makes watching a concert more appealing than randomly picking out one of their gajillion albums to listen to.
There are other peoples that now own the copyrights for those songs and they could technically make a claim on a strike on your youtube video if it's feature a song from Queen unless it's properly considered as a parody under fair use.
Even if it's a parody the copyright owner might still actually try to get the videos down or claim the ads revenue and I don't doubt it's probably happened before.
