Dude it ws literally proven fake!
YOU CANNOT Claim he did choke someone.
THere is way too much evidence.
Her footage was stolen by her ex-boyfriend and manipulated.
The full video is easy to see and everyone knows by now that she ASKED HIM TO DO THAT.
HE literally did what she wanted!

ALso, who literally protects someone when choke-slamming them! Not really what anyone does.

He still wanted to work things out, because of medias and his reputation, he wanted to make peace with it, but it didn’t end well.

Why? He's a stupid man who married a spiteful woman. He then compounded that error with a vindictive divorce settlement when she could have taken more thanks to his lack of a prenup. He likely goaded the impulsive woman into that claim of donating the money when he knew she would need it, as her income was not sufficient for her lifestyle. So instead of getting rid of the problem with a single paycheck he has dragged this past half a decade squandering his peak earning out of spite.
At minimum he has lost 100 million in earnings, more likely several fold that amount because of his rash decisions.
This is a guy who was paid 400+ million for his bad Keith Richards impression, and then he pissed away doubling it, do not feel sorry for him at all.
Why would you make up stuff about Johnny Depp here?
