They're not necessarily attracted to ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. They're attracted to things that provide comfort, security and, to a lesser degree, give a sense of validation. Hence wealth and status at the top of the list. Now, one could argue that there is a correlation between having wealth and status and being an ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, but that's another thread.

I would say something about a specific kind of aholes that always have been in longer relationships than I ever have but boy that would for sure get me banned

You're in by far one of the least places you should get reliable information on when it comes to women and dating. There is no learning effect. In fact, most of what you see is rather things you should NOT do, see it that way.

Agreed, especially because you can't tell if someone's opinion is actually coming from a woman, a man, or a transgender and how high they are on an attractiveness scale, these are very important details, and without that info there's no valuable input to go about, the same way you wouldn't want to get financial advise from homeless people or a dietary plan from a morbidly obese person

Technically I can't speak on I would look for when dating men, because I'm not into men. So I basically apply it to women and..

Status is just super useless. It might "benefit" me if I have personal goals to obtain from, but each to their own. Especially in countries with forced marriage, a concept still ongoing in the 21st Century...

Looks? Yeah, looks matters. The person needs to catch my eye. The point is, the person needs to be attractive in MY opinion, not universally. So while some people are going to have more options for dating, others aren't just sitting at zero. There is also the option to do something about it. Whether it is diet, workout, or MOST IMPORTANTLY WHAT PEOPLE SEEM TO FORGET, especially with COVID, hygiene. Personally I consider smell at a top level. As dumb as it sounds, but nails are important to me too. It shows if you take care of them (yourself at this point) or not, but that depends on the job, so this varies obviously.

Wealth: I've dated both, people with less income and with more income. I'm not rich myself but not poor either. Current girlfriend has a wealthy family, but is not "rich".

Personality! This is the long-term goal. If the interests and hobbies align, if the chemistry works out, a long relationship is going to work out. The "passion" might wear out after a few years, which is natural, but other things start to develop.

Obviously you have women with having different priorities. But this varies HARD: culture, geographical location, own personality, etc ...

At the end of the day people can't go and be like: OH YEAH that must be it, they just run after money and status, or JUST looks. It varies hard and applies to both sexes. If it doesn't work out with the person you're dating, just go ahead and date the next person. I don't get the bitterness of people whining about billions of women (or vice versa) after a SINGLE rejection. However, I wouldn't take advice from many people in this forum if it is about women and dating.

I don't get why people are so against saying looks matter the most, I'm sure it is a fact, but I guess they don't want to be seen as "shallow" or something if they admit it. Maybe they want to be perceived as different somehow.
Sure, personality matters but in my experience if you have good looks you can get away with anything, bad personality traits are seen as cool if you're attractive and creepy if you aren't

...if the person in question "passes the test" (and survives) then the person giving the "test" very likely does not deserve them.

I also agree with this one, except wealth might be more important than status for me. You want a man to make money for you. His importance to the rest of the world isn't important to me, his value gets decided by the other factors. But maybe it's because I'm a bit confused on what status really means...
Also hygiene is as important as personality.

So if the women aren´t single - it usually means as many men are in relationships (excluding homosexual people for the sake of it). Personality absolutely can matter most to someone but what does that really mean?

Whether male or female, I'd often rather not even have to do business with someone who just vaguely claims that they prioritize "personality" because the kind of "personality" that someone often is looking for when they claim this, is "yes men".

Women have different priorities. It's impossible to generalise like that. Having said that, if you can make a woman laugh, are reasonably clean and can at least provide for yourself then you stand a chance.
