Yeah, l've seen a lot
But this legend right here summed it up better than i ever could.
There isn't "fake" gamers"
Like what does it make someone a fake gamer? V:
i dont get what you're trying to say here
The 2 makes sense but the other ones hmmm not so much
Ah ,that is more clear v:
Coda Soliz is a fictional character who plays video games that were created by someone playing a video game about making games.
By definition, she is fake. Not real. She doesn't exist.

The 90's also gave us BBS's and through that we were able to share games in our community. This was how I got most of my games and mods. I can remember leaving my computer on all night to download Doom. Then the next day finding a TON of mods for Doom like turning the exploding barrels into Mac computers or the Beavis & Butthead mod.
I did have consoles but I gave that up after the PS1. I realized that PC gaming had a lot more to offer where as console games were limited. There is no way even a PS1 could have released the Original Boulder's Gate. The game was to massive. Final Fantasy was bad enough with 4+ disks.
Just what came to mind when I read your post.
but at the same time old PC gamepads din't really have a standarts like today so a lot's of games where just better suited for consoles.
early PC only had one port dedicated for gamepad and sometime the only way to get multiple gamepad on one PC was to get some specific gamepad models that could daisy chains into each other like some of the early Sidewinder.
