Been reading it for the last 12 years, come this August.
The Necronomicon by H.P Lovecraft is pretty good too, still getting through it.

Never read anything Star Wars before, and it's probably stupid to say that it never even crossed my mind that there may be more than fanfic + rpg stuff lol

I've never read any Lovecraft stuff before, one of my mates used to be a fan and tried to get me to read some, but it just never happened.

Although this does take into account things like mangas, and the guide books that act more like a set of small, short entries that give backstory to a lot of areas within the series' lore. If you exclude those, and only count the “proper” books, then it’s more like 50-55.
