Just spinning around like a baillerina with two swords on chains.
PCMR still wins overall, even though Horizon Zero Dawn obliterates most every game on the PC.
GoW 2 & 3 did everything right for an action/adventure game. More enemies on the screen. Absolutely awesome combat mechanics and level design in both of those games. I cannot see how and why the decision was made to turn this new GoW into a linear, drama fueled crafting fest. Waited a long time for the new one and had a feeling it was going to be bland, but not this bland. I mean, i'm literally shook as to how casual it is.
2. HZD doesn't 'obliterate' anything, the game is clunky, the animations suck, the storyline is SJW-pandering and the faces are Andromeda-tier.
Well yeah but they all fall into the same genre, Action/Adventure. Unless Origins is labeled as an RPG? Just saying GoW is nowhere near a 100 score or even comes close to the overall detail and quality of HZD and Origins.
Remember Cronos in GOW 3?

The "giants" in the new GoW from i've seen are tiny in comparison as if they don't belong to the overall story. In GoW 2 and 3 the world environments and creatures gave a sense of depth and power, in which added to the ominous tone of what you, the player had to accomplish and overcome.
The new God of War decided to put storytelling ahead of gameplay and that's what's ruining it.
