Good online multiplayer game for a weak computer?

The title says it all. I'm looking for an online multiplayer game that I can play on my weak computer. The only thing I'm not after are long, drawn-out RTS games where I'm moving units on a grid.

4GB of RAM
CPU: AMD A8-6410 APU
GPU: AMD Radeon R5 Graphics (2.00 GHz)
Windows 8.1
It's a laptop.

I really like 50-60 fps in 3D games and I'm willing to crank the settings down to their lowest possible to get there. I'm willing to mod the game too if it's allowed.

I'm pretty sure it does, I could be wrong, though. Last time I checked, Halo Online ran pretty good. We can also wait for MCC on PC to release so we can get a better version of Halo 1-2.

SWTOR is 100% MMO.

Ya, I gave up on it almost 2 years ago, myself. Always had people playing on junkboxes though.

Was about to say "who necro'd" but you just brought your monster back to life. xD

There is a can I run it website I believe. If you Google it then you can put in your specifications, or type in a game you like and then compare it to what you are running in your PC and it will tell you if you can play it or not, even on lowest settings.
