if by multi you mean mmo. Though "good" is subjective. It was okayish years ago when I played it. up till mid game. After that it wasn't worth.
I hate to say it, but that's not a reasonable goal for this system. Even the least-demanding modern games like CSGO will be beyond it's abilities. If you want high framerates, you need something at least twice as powerful. We're talking a Ryzen R3 at absolute minimum, paired with a GTX1050Ti.

That's really your only option. AMD's APUs are nowhere near powerful enough for gaming, and they have a horrible tendency to overheat. 60 FPS is completely out of the question, even with old games.
