Games With The Best Character Customization?

I really enjoy playing games that allow you to fully customize the look of your character such as Saints Row, Blade & Soul, Tera, BDOL, and APB Reloaded. The problem is that I already played the heck out of those games. Anyone else know other good games with decent character customization?

The Sims 4 with mods is pretty cool. You can create some amazing realism. But in a more RPG and MMO style a few games that really stand out are Aion and Rift if I remember correctly. It's been a while. But what I kinda remember is options to go totally crazy with the sliders, and there were a lot of them. Black Desert and ArcheAge also has some pretty good character customization. Most of these I think are Korean MMOs, if not then the devs/founders worked with NCSoft (Trion).

Spamming randomize is good to get a start that looks ok, but you should spend a little more time tweaking a few things to make it a little more your own. Some mods in Sims 4 are really amazing if you haven't seen them. People have created the most realistic looking skins, eyes, eye lashes, hairstyles, etc. The base game itself, vanilla, is very cartoonish looking, but you can really bring it up to almost photorealism with mods. Here is a standard, and my Sims 4 character with full modded customization.
