Conformity to a narrative as opposed to what is generally accepted within human autonomy are two different things that defines human behaviour. One is an inherent expected human normalcy whereas the other is prescribed. Would you greet someone by punching them in the face? I don't think so because that like many examples is not normally acceptable behaviour.

Honestly, people do whatever they want now and it doesn’t surprise me one bit, this world has been getting real strange.
Normal, aside from being a meaningless term, doesn't enter into it. If you want to wear makeup and/or high heels then do it. You don't need to rationalize it and you sure as hell don't need anyone's approval.
And on a side note, I'm watching Priscilla Queen of the Desert, and I realized that transvestites, hands down and without question, are the best dressed people on the planet.
