Conker live and reloaded
Is there any chance to see someday in Steam the videogame, Conker live and reloaded, or it is off the table forever?

I REALLY doubt it would come to Steam, since that would be quite random.

But hey, we can keep hoping
Doesn't Microsoft own it now? They'll probably make it a Windows Store exclusive.
Doubt it'll ever come to Steam but it might hit the Xbox app at some point.

Yeah. A Xbox Game Studios game.
Lol, let’s not forget that Microsoft/Xbox have released almost all of their AAA games on steam.
You'd have to contact Rare about it.

So far it's only compatible with all the Xbox consoles. They have the original Bad Fur Day on Rare Replay which is available for Xbox 360 and Xbox One.

I liked the multiplayer in Live and Reloaded and wished they fleshed it out more than they did back then. It was pretty fun, the lack of maps eventually dulled the game for me.

I'd honestly take just the multiplayer with more maps, guns, campaigns and I'd even be accepting of paid cosmetic items or season passes if they used that as a way to roll out more free maps, game modes, weapons and even added new units or vehicles to the game.

Microsoft bought Rare and their licenses.
maybe it could eventually come to steam if they where to republish it ... after all even killer instinct is on steam.
Well, if the next Elder Scrolls isn't coming here, just don't hold your breath on it.

Microsoft bought Rare and their licenses.
Lately they've been giving their developers freedom to make their own development choices. Made that deciding factor when they bought out all the indie devs.

But Rare is currently working on the game Everwild and keeping the game Sea of Thieves afloat as it's a live service type game.

The older games licensing was already transferred over to Microsoft. Although, not all licenses were purchased as Nintendo still owns Donkey Kong.
I'm almost 100% certain Conker is done for. They tried to bring him back before in the worst possible manner imaginable and as expected they failed.

And even if he was getting re-released, why Live and Reloaded? They censored so many things, especially the legendary "Great Mighty Poo".

Yeah I never understood it, you'd have to beat the game to remove the censor. But it's really not the type of game you'd want to play a second time after finishing.

Overall it did look better, they just went about it the wrong way when it came to the story.
I would buy it so fast.
Honestly though, probably not because Rare keeps trying to commit suicide but is kept alive by Microsoft necromancy.
it is a bitter shame to realize that Conker will never appear again when it was a great and original game, which so many possibilities, like online matches, skins, upgrades... I really love that game and its culture references.
