So I just got a Gameboy Color ( Ebay )
I am on a retro kick.

I have Super Mario Land 2 on the way. What else would you recommend that wouldn't cost an arm and a leg? :)

Got the SP today; pretty happy with it.

There are a lot of GBA games that aren't going to set the world on fire but ARE fun. ( Crash Bandicoot, The Frogger series )

I also seem to recall one called Sigma Star Saga...

My favorite GBA games:

The 4 Mega Man Zero games
The two Metroid games
The two F-Zero games (three, if you're Japanese, lol)
Zone of the Enders: Fist of Mars
Fire Emblem: Sacred Stones*

And then, yes, there are plenty that are good even if they won't knock your socks off.

*Sacred Stones is inferior to Fire Emblem in every way. However, since I am terrible at the genre, I preferred Stones for having the ability to grind.

GBA is the best way to play Final Fantasy V and VI, now that the admittedly pretty fugly mobile ports were taken down in favor of the inferior Pixel Remasters.

lord of the ring and zelda dk games gba has meany games to play with

but it does run gb\gbc better

Doom,007: Nightfire,Ballistic : Ecks vs sever,V-Rally 3,
Wing commander : Prophecy,Hot Wheels Stunt Track Challenge and Asterix & Obeilix XXL
