By the way, I forgot: women's physical development largely ends between the ages of 16 and 18. I have an IRL friend and knew more than one girl who was as endowed as Uzaki Hana from "Uzaki-chan wants to hang out" by the age of 16. So there's no "sexualization" going on most of the time. Just drawing well-endowed and developed female teenagers.

I don't just mean how they're drawn. It's also how they're framed and the context they're put in. Like, you might have a scene in anime with a highschool girl and she's being creeped on by an adult, and somehow the camera is up her skirt.

I can see how being creeped on could be considered sexualization, but what does camera angle have to do with anything?

There is nothing wrong with anime, it's fiction and meant to be enjoyed as that and nothing more. People who can't see the difference between fiction and reality usually are the ones that scream about whatever it is that triggers them about anime tbh. I always see the same arguments when it comes to anything sexual in anime such as the usual things that are brought up such as fanservice, unrealistic proportions/personalities, lolis/shotas etc. The most latter is the one people always make such claims about such as "this pedophilia!!! it must be stopped". When in reality it's just a drawing and harms no one. When it comes to unrealistic proportions and personalities, people want to watch an anime where there are interesting people and things and maybe some eye candy while they are at it, if everything looked the same and acted the same it would be boring, that is why there is a need to mix things up. If you want to watch an anime with normal proportions/personalities there are options for that as well. As for fanservice, there is nothing wrong with that either, people like to see sexy things and there is nothing wrong or degenerate about that either as people are allowed to like sexy things as sex and sexual attraction are a normal part of life after all. In conclusion, at the end of the day fiction is not reality and people need to realize that, as well as not everything needs to cater to them.
