I use something called Tiger Sauce and its amazing to me. Hate A1 and ketchup makes me legit throw up.

There are some serious food philistines in this thread. Well done steak? Ketchup? Heresy.

BBQ sauce, brown sauce or gravy are all permissible. Chimichurri too if you want to get all posh with it.

To me it's either medium or well done or it goes straight in the bin.
