Oh right, I can see that one and I get it now.
They must be classified under the "Violent Video Games cause Shooters". Get rid of them rather than the gun problem itself and a clearly mental issue not being addressed, but rather using shift focus / blame tactics to take it out upon others, for your own messed up life failures.
This is a curious comment. Being the one who created this thread, I have to wonder...which other threads do you think I have created?
What is the "bubble", and how is it that you have "burst" it?
Uh, thanks. I feel much better now that I have your approval.
Never said I approve of it. There is just no way to stop them from spreading it.
Who, and what, are you talking about?
Are you addressing the folks who want to turn this into some sort of gun debate?
Or are you talking about my enthusiasm for a film from 2006 that I just learned about?
Your opinion.
Not helping.
I guess I can only conclude that you are confused?
My opinion is that I liked the movie "Idiocracy". There is no "bubble", I have not created multiple threads (like this or anything else in recent memory), you most certainly haven't "burst" anything, and I still have no idea who "them" is supposed to be.
Thanks for playing though.

Oh, I think I've got part of it now - you'll have to forgive me for being a little dense, I guess?
You are taking issue with the "this forum IS Idiocracy" part, and "these threads" refers to stupid things that get posted in here, and that I am the problem?
I'm still confused about the bursting bubbles bit and have no idea who "them" would be, but that's ok. What you have done is to help prove the point, however.
In this forum, we are all aware of the "dumbing down" of games issue, it struck me as funny to apply that to our entire species. I've also been making the same point that the premise is based on for many years - more education leads to less procreation, while the opposite is also true.
Fortunately, I suspect it has always been this way, so I'm not really worried about it.

Nah, I'm not so easily worked up into a lather by Tea Party nonsense.

Ah "rationalwiki" oxymoronic website run by the folks who led skeptics back into becoming creationists.
they really dont have anything useful, interesting, original to say. So they compare it to a dumb movie without actually understanding anything at all.
