Looking For Suggestions For: Top-down or Isometric Base Building Survival Games

Hi all.

Basically what the title says. I am looking for a new top-down or isometric survival game with base building (that is a must) to play, but haven't been able to locate any good ones out there.

The game called Frozen State ( https://store.steampowered.com/app/270270/Frozen_State/ ) is exactly what I am looking for, save for the part that it is sadly lackluster after many hours of gameplay, and doesn't have base building.

Roam ( https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/roam/roam ) is another game that suits what I am looking for, but that game got abandoned years ago and is unoficially canceled.

Zombie Watch ( https://store.steampowered.com/app/785860/Zombie_Watch/ ) looks very promising, and I will pick that game up once it isn't as early access as current.

The last game that I know of that truly catch exactly what I am looking for, is Dead Years ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WGrvFG_4sns ) also abandoned and unoficially canceled too..

So, I look to you, fellow Steam'ers! I am NOT interested and / or already own games like: Don't Starve (and all of the versions), Survivalist, Darkwood, Balrum, Project Zomboid and How to Survive 1 and 2. I also AREN'T interested in sim / settler survival games like Rimworld, Frostpunk and the like.
If you guys know of any other solo-survivor / roguelike top-down or isometric games with crafting, survival (exactly like Frozen State has) and base building, please leave a comment, thanks! :-)
