As for out of body experiences, I had one of those when I was a kid. Not while sleeping, but while awake, on a walk. I recall looking down at my body as my mother and I were crossing the street for a few moments, then coming to and being rather confused.
More so than usual, as confusion generally tends to be the state of mind I'm in.
Of course, when it comes to dreams and sleep in general I've more experience with both sleep paralysis, precognitive dreams, and sleep walking.
Also sleep talking, going into the bathroom while sleeping, answering the door or phone while sleeping, cancelling appointments and giving people information they don't need while sleeping. That last one is how I found out that all of that ♥♥♥♥ I wind up doing in my sleep happens in the first place, because back in the day my brother would sneak into my room while I was sleeping to make trashy lesbian sims in The Sims 2 and just watch them make out.
I got tired of that so I password protected the BIOS. In response, my brother got the password out of me while I was sleeping.
He was not happy and I think he beat me the next day.
But yeah, the sleep paralysis, precognitive dreams, sleep walking and sleep talking at least is something that everyone in my immediate family goes through. We're a whole bunch of bargain bin Edgar Cayces, but I'm the only one who puts any stock into it.
Sleep paralysis feeds on fear, on weakness, on insecurity. That includes sleep deprivation and fatigue by the way, as it tends to be more common and more vicious if you do not get enough sleep.
If you become aware that you are dreaming(during the dream)you are then lucid dreaming. Lucid dreaming is like real life. You could be dreaming now and not know.
I'm undecided on those experiences as I have never done that while being awake. There could be more to OBE but I lean the way I do from just what I've experienced.

Precog dreaming is interesting. I definitely believe in that considering some of my experiences with it. And if you get sleep paralysis often, try the technique of rocking out of it.
I used to attack it too. But I found when I asked it to be friends it stopped.

Also sharing aspects of your dreams helps people find you in theirs.
Sharing dreams I do believe in but I can only guess how I've done them. Do you mean sharing a place to meet? You could also just try calling their name but whether it's actually them is a different matter. You'd have to test that later without feeding too much information first.
1. Turning invisible : To do this, look at your body in the dream and think of it as turning into glass. Once you become clear like glass, I found you just disappear. So just think 'glass'.
2. Walking up walls : I did this one last night. It's a strange thing to get your mind around stepping onto the wall and walking straight up it. You naturally want to the grab the wall with your hands. But in order to walk up the wall with no hands, almost think of the room as being a cube/dice. So when you place your first step on the wall, it feels like you push the wall down to the floor and then continue walking. But now the wall is the floor.
3. Walking on water : First time I did this I was swimming backwards like a dolphin. That trick move they do to raise themselves out of the water. After that you just step forward and walk on it because you are already raised. With walking from land across water, it's similar to taking the steps in the sky to help with flying.
4. Travelling through earth/dirt : Just dive into it and treat it like water. It can get hard to see though.
I have alternative views on those techniques.
1. If you’re very quiet and still people often won’t notice you. Surround yourself with this feeling and don’t do anything to draw attention or disrupt the environment. Also don’t get too close to people, it’s not uncommon for them to know you’re there anyway. Some can even ‘see’ you, even when you’re intangible, and are pretending not to. Most people don’t like being watched, so it’s good to keep some distance between you. Just in case.
2. I had a wall with some rope on it that changed gravity when you grabbed the rope. You had to hold the rope and move forwards while bracing yourself, like you were scaling the wall and overcoming gravity with muscular tension and “planting” your feet. Eventually you didn’t have to hold the rope and just had to plant your feet correctly. Later your grip was so strong and you’re so used to transitioning between orientations that every maze of stairs and roofs and random crags feels like a straight line you’re walking over flat ground. As if the ground is rising to meet you as your foot lands, and all you do is shake hands when you meet. Or, well, shake feet I guess. Say hello to the wall. Be polite. Pay attention. But remember why you’re here and what you’re trying to do.
3. Similar to the rope, except if you get too tense or too slack you sink. Have to be perfectly balanced so that the water buoys you up, but doesn’t fling you out and bob you around while you walk through it. Stand in water up to your neck and try to shift up and down without moving your body. Later try some waves, and try to match the waves as you walk. Again, skimming across rooftops barely touching them.
4. The ground knows where to go and what’s in the way. Just step in and follow the current.
