Generally the insides of those headpieces are very complicated. Some have attachments which move with the jaw, as Gyaa says. Some fursuits are just incredible though. So much work goes into them. If I could wear heels I'd try for some hooves, but I cannot even look at heels without breaking my leg. (the hoof type costume parts are so insanely clever....)
