my own friend tried to get away from stealing my headphones away from me right now and what should i do to him?

So right now i noticed my beats where missing from my room and i questioned him in the living room where are they he replied "its under the bed".BULLCRAP!!! i questioned him again with a very angry tone when i checked around my whole bed and room he spewed the same s*%& all over again.I told him i was gonna check his packing bag to make shure he wasn't stealing it(but he did) And guess what? It was there!! IT WAS RIGHT IN HIS STUPID BAG!!!I want to punch him but he might cry to his mom.What the hell should i do?Payback?report him to the cops?child services? WHATT!!?
