Game Suggestions for RPG and/or Turn Based Strategy, With Party Customization.

I am currently under going what many of us gamers frequently struggle against.
I have alot of games, but i am in desperate need of a new one.

I really enjoyed Expeditions Vikings recently, and Banner saga type games. And the Elder Scrolls Classics have always hit home because of the customization.
Im looking for any games with the RPG immerssive fantasy style, but with hardcore party customization. Any suggestions?!

Those types of game seem to be going through a dry period lately.. Its all about the terribad multiplayers and shooters these days..

Dragon Age unless you already played it. Not strictly turn-based but it lets you pause and select actions for everyone.

You could try Divinity and Divinity 2 they are ok a bit on the hardcore side..
