Are dota and league of legends really newbie unfriendly and unforgiving ? If so then how are they growing in player base so much
:/

Because there are constantly brand-new players joining, it's probably very newbie friendly. :AWESOME:

Quick Match is pretty okay

dota 2 isn't new player friendly, it's learning cuve is high although you can use every hero
league is more new player friendly, but you have to buy each champion with game influence or riot points

the playerbase is growing because pretty much everyone eventually gets over learning curves 🙇🏽

Just trying to help you out, honestly you are better off playing real games not that toxic crap.

I like games like WoW which has raiding, questing, pvp, pve, social hubs, mini games ,guilds etc etc and i even like games which have private servers and are modable (minecraft , rust, gmod , fiveM for instance) i used to play a lot of starcraft 2 , i thought about giving dota a try after watching twitch streams ,, it seemed fun however i'm not sure about my future in the game :(

Always a bit difficult to join competitive video games after they have been out for a longer time. You'll be fresh meat for the grinder and are up against people who have more experience (and stuff). Plus the atmosphere in these games is slanted toward toxicity, probably partly because of the competitive aspect.

If you go for it, it will likely require a lot of patience and tenacity.
