Every person has their own taste and preferences regardless of their gender or sexual preference.
I try not to shower everyday. I shower maybe 2 - 3 times a week, once a day.
Baldness can definitely be attractive for some people. But at the same time it depends on their head shape as well as facial looks.
I forgot to mention I use herb and essence shampoo and recently, conditioner. And for body soap I just use whatever that makes my skin smooth.
I wash my hair - and scalp - twice per week with water only (sometimes a bit warm, sometimes hot af and rarely cold) and that's about it.
Hair smells like... Regular hair and no dandruff, either. However, if it does appear, then I wash the entire head with everything and stay months with just water. Simple.
And I don't brush, either.
I just use my fingers and dig through the knots, destroying lots of parts (it's inevitable but it would be worse with a hair brush, believe me. It's not my first rodeo).
My hair is thick and curly, however (it starts straight but curls - exactly like Vlad Dracul's). Yours is 100% straight (and perhaps thick) so it's pretty low maintenance, when compared to mine. You don't really need much.
Just let it grow and don't put too much chemicals on it. It will get pretty long in no time.
I am not shaming anyone's preferance in beauty. As long as the person is comfortable with his or her preference and doing no actual harm to people than be yourself!
