I know I'm smarter than him. When I'm totally probably smarter than dr. Phil as well. But that's actually based on the fact that he's not actually qualified to do the job he's doing. I understand people better than he does.

The guy got his practicioner's license revoked for a reason--he breaks the hippocratic oath just about every time he hops on-stage, and it's sad that people would rather slouch in front of the TV to try and parse stuff like mental-health issues through the lens of an entertaiment-TV series than actually get educated. Dr Phil is part of the reason why people take healthcare-services less seriously.
