She would probably turn the company public and hand things off to a CEO and a board of directors while retaining 51% of stock.
While Gabe created Steam which itself is a blessing for us gamers he has pretty much shut up shop and stepped down to live a quiet life. Sad as it is to say his death would have little effect on Steam or its future as I am fairly confident other people run the platform these days.
