Has anyone ever had a paranormal event in their life?
When I was a toddler I remembered I was laying down on a bed, drinking down a milk bottle (don't really know why I was alone; chilling I suppose) and I remembered DISTINCTLY of a blue woman in front of me. She was wearing a black, victorian era like dress and she was doing these weird circle motions with her head and her eyes were rolled back. I also remembered actually KICKING her and she felt solid like a real human being.

Honestly, I think back about this moment sometimes and I still can't tell if it was a dream or something else.

I also once saw a UFO saucer back in 2006 (6 yrs old) in Elk Grove, CA. My family watched it hovering over the neighborhood in awe. My parents believe it was a blimp as supposedly it had the words "Made by the U.S. government" on the side. I don't believe it was a blimp but I definitely would believe it to be a UFO. And even if it was made by the government, that further proves UFO possibly existing as I remembered a documentary talking about how the government actually tried to reverse engineer a saucer that they found in the early 1920s or before that. And yes, I know it sounds hippy now that I think about it.

But then I got my schizophrenia meds adjusted. Now I only see John Wayne Gacey. In clown garb. He has a great sense of humor.

...

Of course I haven't. Spooks are not real. They are a form of fear induced hallucinations. Aliens are not buzzing the planet, bigfoot isn't hiding in the bushes, and the Bermuda Triangle actually has less ships lost than the rest of the ocean.

The world is a magical and wonderful place. Enjoy it, and stop looking for imaginary Hokum.

if only i had the tapes to show you.

So you have to take drugs to be "normal". Did you develop the condescension after the new meds or were you always like this patronizing?
Patronising or not, that's a low blow.

No. Anyone that claims they have is either lying or not sure what they really saw. It's not a rarity that our brain plays tricks on us making us see things that aren't really there.
One can be sure of what they saw and still have only hallucinated.
True. And one can be sure of what they saw and not hallucinated a tiny little bit.

I feel as if a good number of people are going to disagree with that statement. Good luck defending it! <3

Yes, it was back in 1997 when my father and I saw a golden wing like object appears in the sky, on the side of our house. It passes very quickly up in the clear summer sky, as if it's an angle. It was never seen again.

Not yet, but luckily i've watched enough horror movies to perform an exorcism by myself.

It mostly depends on the person when they were still alive, although sometimes your emotional state can influence if it smells pleasant or like huffing a fully-loaded Port-O-Potty.

Overall, they seem rather fond of rose water perfume, cocoa powder, pipe tobacco and McDonald's french fries.

I just have to ask. How do you know it's ghosts and not just mcdonald fries in the trash? ;P

We use "blackout" garbage bags due to living in an unincorporated part of the county that has a rather prolific number of trash pandas. Also, the smell of McDonald's fries doesn't just suddenly appear, travel across one's face in a palpable ice-cold cloud of emptiness, and then suddenly fade away like it never happened.

But mostly because we rarely eat McDonald's, it's more of a reward for the kid's grades.

Great, now I can't get the image of a ghost walking around eating fries out of my mind. Thanks for that. :P
But anyways, if you ever get the chance, tell them to come over to my house I need to see.. I mean smell it aswell. I wonder if those things work?
And what made you think it was ghosts and not something, well, normal? Like something to do with you, your surroundings etc?

Wait! I got it now, what if mcdonalds finally got some... SOUL into their food?.. I'll show myself out.

I had heard of rumors of different things happening if you said certain words at 3 am in the bathroom. I didn't believe them, but one day I wanted to try. So one night, very late into the night, I carefully got up, and went to the bathroom. With the lights all off, I said out loud, "Bloody Mary, Bloody Mary, Bloody Mary".

At first, nothing happened. Nobody came out of the mirror, nobody appeared behind me, I felt nothing crawling at me at all. Eventually I decided to leave and go back to bed, but right as I was about to, a strange, shadowy figure entered through the door and said something to me, pretty loudly. Weirdly enough, it had my mom's voice. I don't remember anything between that and the following day, when I woke up with a strange pain in my backside.

Truly frightening...
