Hollyweird is trash, beyond the really old stuff. Looking for new entertainment. I did like that Dead Space animated movie that one time. More interested in sci-fi over magic stuff.

I'm not too much into animes. Some friends convinced me to watch a few. Can't say I hate them.
After giving a few of them a try I think it's safe to say most borderline hentai animes that basically rely on sexualizing women of questionable age aren't really "good". Might be a personal pref. Idk.

Give A Certain Scientific Railgun a try. It's a sci-fi series where the ESPer powers are rooted in actual scientific concepts.

Checked it out and it is probably something I would of like when I was a lot younger. I think I have aged out now for stuff like that. Kind of looking for something with more mature characters age wise.

Vivy Fluorite Eye's song is probably one of your best bets then. Either that or something like Psycho-Pass if you enjoy the real dark side of scifi.

Psycho-Pass seem more like something my brain can handle. I really get triggered by cute stuff.

The cute talking teddy bear is definitely anything but cute, rest assured. This is about the most spoiler free clip I can post showing how mature the characters and themes are for Vivy, but hopefully it'll do it justice. You'll genuinely like it if you give it a shot, I can guarantee it.

But yeah. Psycho-pass is still definitely the more mature of the two.

Context does help and I do like how they do the fight scenes. "I will turn you into a calculator" that was such a nerd insult so funny.
