Elon Musk is on the spectrum
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FEwoViKkNSY

A lot of people seems to use terms like "autistic" like a negative loaded word.. like there is something wrong with people on the spectrum.. They also want to box them into certain behaviours no matter the person... The truth is.. many people on the spectrum are highly succesful in our world and they are all unique..

It is great to see yet another person openly talk about being on the spectrum and lets be honest! Few would call Elon Musk unsuccessful in a business perspective.

So what do you think about Elon Musk and how much do you actually know about people on the spectrum? I am neurotypical and obviously can´t set myself in their perspective 100% but I can understand why some people are different to me.. I am different to them as well after all... We all also have some traits that you would "label" on the spectrum.. all of us!

I recommend this video for some insights.

The thing is everybody knows not much about elon musk but usually people with boring life’s like to judge other people or pointing with their fingers on others instead of looking at themselve. He seems like a nice guy and he is very successful as well.I can’t say i dislike him because i don’t know him personally
We each have our own standards. The average "working class" folk are pretty worthless on the virtue charts, as if someone making 11 billion dollars a year is a saint, plus, he can handle the criticism, if I was making so much as a 1000th of that, you could hurl whatever kind of words you want at me and I wouldn't really care
Yeah i agree but he is still a human being we all have our faults and good things.I think it’s not my right to judge other people especially if i only knew things which the media writes. He doesn’t care about me and so do i about him.

Can't argue with that, in the real world, I'd have to say I take the exact same stance on the matter, but if there was ever a place to voice your opinion on some high-status person, the internet is the place to do it, and he's definitely not provided short of things be criticised. You could have gave my dog the ability to speak English, and it wouldn't have said things as stupid as he's said

Look, I can judge him by his statement that "He'll get a man on Mars by 2018"; and it's 2021 today, still no man on Mars.

Musk is a so-called "Ideas Guy". Like Peter Molyneux. And we all know where that leads in the end.

I was more thinking about the "pedo guy" comments. Had I, TwisterCat, said that, I would have been globally shamed by every single man in contact that had read me saying that, but somehow a massive group of people find a way to defend Elon, and not only that, he was clearly not intending on apologising until it started to become a huge issue. If there's absolutely no mercy or understanding for someone of lower status making a mistake, like myself, there shouldn't even be so much as a thought, nothing more, of understanding for someone like that, how people could create double standards for him is beyond my comprehension, quite literally

While I agree with the fact that he got away with something you or me would not have gotten away with; the social media have always been a cesspit of unfairness, celebrity worship, and hypocrisy. So it's just par for the course, and that's fine.

Thanks for reminding me, I was studying Ancient Egypt, and I was wondering why cats were viewed as the greatest animal, even above humans, at the time, and explaining how society and media works nowadays, I think I'm starting to understand their chain of thought

Cats are complete and utter jerks. Very cute and cuddly complete and utter jerks, but still complete and utter jerks.

But you just can't stay mad at them, they're so adorable <3

you don't need to know a single thing about him aside from the fact that he's a billionaire to know he's a bastard

That's odd because usually the reverse is true. At least over here anyways.

Daddy Musk is the only one who can truly save us from ourselves. Thank the Lord for such talented and graceful humans like big daddy Musky.

With electric vehicles and spec ships and such. I mean at least SOMEBODY is doing something to fight climate change here. Unlike that other autistic girl who climate shames people, who shall remain unnamed. And it's a perfect two pronged approach. Electric vehicles to save this planet and space ships to dominate other planets. PURE GENIUS. Simply extraordinary and majestic if you ask me.

I mean, let's be real here. The guy is worth more than literally everyone on OT combined. Obviously I'm gonna take his opinion more seriously than the noobs and scrubs who litter an online forum. Am I right, or am I right?

You forgot the fact that he uses child slave labour to mine Cobalt that is used in batteries in those electric cars, or how most of the power comes from coal plants meaning that electric cars actually kill the environment faster, or how he forces people to pay extra for some tesla features that come in stock (like unlocking fast turbo)

As for spaceship stuff then he didn't did anything, the people he pays did, and even then Nasa already has multiple rovers on Mars while musk only can dream of getting there, or how he wants to privatize the space travel and use different laws on Mars so he can rule as some king.

Musk is just another bilionaire that cares more about his pockets than about anyone other on this planet. He isn't doing anything for you or for humanity

Nah, you don’t want to. From my own experience I can tell you the forced positivity gets annoying very quickly
