Is Spider-Man as strong as The Hulk? Like the comic spiderman not the MCU Spidey...

Theres few ways people keep answering this. Fans that like Spidey will say yes, because many marvel chars have gained insane power boost at some point, so they use that as a proof or feat. How it should be considered is how the character is most of time. Afaik, Hulk is not planet shattering powerful more than at few times, but clearly even his base, relaxed state strength is way beyond Spideys.

Also, there's many Hulk versions and scenarios etc.

Indeed. if we just look at World War Hulk, he made some dent in guys beefier than Spidey and not even one at a time. If Hulk thinks you're invlolved with death of his pregnant wife even a tiny bit, well, sucks being you.

Spider-Man tops out at lifting about 10 tons.

Hulk has no known strength limit.

Maybe the PS4 Spider Man game?
Because that's the first place I even knew he was supposed to have more strength than a normal human, being able pull big trucks or stop a moving car just pushing it.
But Hulk is come on, he'd fling a tank as easily if it was a chair...

I don't remember spidey being a strong type of guy neither in other games, or the few movies I watched, heck if he was he should like have not bothered doing all the evading in that pit fight he signed up for when he made his suit...

In Captain America Civil War Stark comments about Peter's strength based on what he saw Peter do in a youtube video. Something about him lifting or stopping a car. Of course, to the Hulk that would be like me or you lifting up a small animal.
Again.. Not talking about the MCU
