World of tanks (non steam) trouble.... i deleted a folder and i need someone with WOT to copy it over for me
i was in the WOT folder looking at a readme for a mod i got. bla bla. and i accidently deleted my "mods" folder... NOT res mods... i deleted the normal mods folder and now when i start game it says it dont exist and i cant play. so can someone with world of tanks installed go to their folder and idk how. but copy over the "mods" folder so i can paste it into my WOT folder to restore playing ability so i dont have to reinstall the game cuz that destroys my bandwidth and i cant use computer for a day till its done so PLEASE copy Mods folder over for me?:steamhappy:

just verify integrity of cache. if you don't have it installed on steam then that's on you, you gotta download it again.

Not that I know anything about WOT, but if you go to your add/remove programs list there's usually an option to "repair" the install rather than to completely remove the game so you can install clean again. You may want to back up your saved games, controller setup, etc and give it a go.
If that procedure doesn't exist or it actually uninstalls, then just reinstall.

Open the Recycle bin, find your folder and restore it.

omg it glitched all the "mods" in the recycle bin are for the common test mods cuz i tried using that for WOT but it no work now my mods is common test but i cant find my actual mods folder SOMEONE WITH WORLD OF TANKS COPY IT OVER FOR ME PLEASE

hey guys i fixed it... i just went into the mods folder in recycle.. the one thats common test mods. and clicked restore and somehow it worked game is working too
