The Walking Dead Series (gets lame after a while though)
28 Days Later and 28 Weeks Later
Day of the Dead
Night of the Dead
Dawn of the Dead (original, not remake)
Cooties (Not a good movie but a zombie movie nonetheless)
Shaun of the Dead
Land of the Dead
Planet Terror (watched this recently. It's awful but you might find a chuckle or two due to its ridiculousness)

I'm a big fan of 28 Weeks Later but if I had to choose I would pick Night of the Living Dead
