From what I know of US law....yes. As public urination/ defecation crime on the grounds that it's unsanitary and can cause the public to get sick if done in mass. Such as getting cholera.

You may also need to register as a sex offender depending where the crime was committed.

I'm having so much fun swimming I just don't want to get out to take a s***. I think I would rather just float around with my little brown baby boys keeping me company.

I'll invent a new swimming technique. The s*** stroke! I will just s*** stroke around the lake, dragging my little presents in my wake. Everyone will be envious!

I think something broke in my brain.

unless its in the middle of lake superior and you took a small dingy and ate alot of prunes before you went out
