If you're talking about the i33tsp34k I just do that when I'm obviously not being serious.
The average is around 4.8... where as 4.6 would be a tad on the low side.
4-star rating or lower seems to mean that the driver should be fired.
The rating system for 'drivers' at least is adjusted to be inbetween 4-5 stars at most times. Not too sure about the passengers rating, if that's similar or not?
I believe rule of thumb: On the Uber app, a 4-star rating is defined as "OK, but had an issue," a 3-star rating is "Disappointing," 2-stars is "Bad," and 1-star is "Terrible."
Uber is starting to 'ban' passengers with extremely low 1 or 2 star rating, I believe? They never actually stated how low the rating needs to be, but mentioned about it.
