Melinda Gates is going to net herself a nice $60 billion. Hats off to her. She's a true hustler.

Every society thinks its the modern society and that is the joke of it all. Just a bunch of degenerate primitives to future generations lol. We need to lay off sniffing our own farts as a species.

Well at least we've made a ton of progress since religion & kingdoms loss their grip of power a few centuries ago (global wise). Sure for people in the year 3000's would think we look like cave man / cave woman (as long we don't get a "smartass" politician starting WW3 with nukes), in the meantime we're atm on a transition period tech revolution wise, sadly many "ol' school" stuff is getting obsolete.

Heck probably before the end of century most jobs will be replaced by automation completely. Wonder if the current generations are ready for that, because things only will get "spicier" 2030 and forward, example being plausible water wars.

Well there's arranged marriages on India and some other regions of the world, due political influence and in some cases religion. AFAIK, I could be wrong about the matter.

Eh there's all kind of people in this rock with water on space we like to call Earth. Why should you feel pity? Aren't you a successful business man? Eventually they might change their perspective of the world or maybe not, in the end on the game of life there's many factors that might affect a people "experience" through it.

All we can do is keep going forward, learning, adapting, improving and overcome obstacles. Be it on our own, and/or with other fellow citizens / friends / family / romantic partners, etc.

Aww. It cute you think you have a point. I defend two while listing two other billionaires who are total ass bags.

I never offered or claimed the rich are good people. Unlike your rich people bad opinion. Commercialism isn't bad and doesn't make you stupid. You are stupid if you can't participate with informed decisions.

I know I purchase along very strict lines, and I don't deal with BS companies.

And there is absolutely nothing wrong with accumulating wealth off what you built. To think otherwise us simply stupid. And to think, what? They should give away what they don't need?

You first. Get off your computer, cancel any services that don't keep you alive, don't buy anything food related that isn't about survival, get all your cloths from thrift stores, sell your car and get a bike. Then start giving all that surplus cash to charity.

You are on a pointless hobby service decrying people with money. You do realize how hypocritical that is? Do you do ANYTHING for your community or the world at large? Don't give me grief over people that do not because they have to, because they simply can.

Stand by what you preach. I do every day.

It's just sad. They have this mindset that is self defeating. But that is just me. My marriage was the best time of my life. It turned my dark world into light. I would never trade it for the world.

But, that is just me.
