I've never really got on with the Steam controller.

PSone Dual shock gamepad using a USB converter.

I've been using mine for more then 15 years and both the gamepad and converter still work.

Keyboard and mouse for certain genres of games still beat any gamepad.

I'd say that, in my opinion; the keyboard is better than both of these controllers, and just any controllers in general.

Maybe true, its been a while i used one tbh. i always go for MS stuff anyway since i have windows it just feels right

All I've had is this PS4 controller for free and has been good since then so I guess that one.
Also, it doesn't get much love. Xbox prompts some games, it's confusing as hell.

My vote is on the ps4 controller. If you download the app for it, you can use the blact part as a mouse. Actually I have an Xbox series controller, but my younger brother has the ps4 controller. So my vote is defenetly for the ps4 controller.
