Whether or not I still have fun depends on the game and the random team I get.
No special reason for "why"; didn't have any reason for "why not".
I don't care for the competitive aspect of PvP games, so whether or not my team is good or bad, or if we win or lose, doesn't matter to me. I'm just there to play the game.
I did manage to rank quite high on Overwatch as a solo player before I quit it.
its an equal balance of stress and fun for me when I play solo.
I'd like to explore more games so long as they can be played solo. If not, maybe the team AIs are smart to help me out. Otherwise, just look for games that are based for singleplayer or wait for something new.
Same with War Thunder, but that game is a little more taxing mentally if the team mates are crap.
also soloq help me become more social, since when i was kid i was very very introvert, never talk to people. It affected me until im pre-adult. so with soloQ it help me to communicate with random people. Im brave myself to speak. so far my progress was awesome, i can now speak english fluently
best part is you dont need a vr headset.
