It's why i hate Nintendo. Imo at least Todd Howard has the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ decency to release it with some minor improvements no matter how big or small.
Blizzard just nuked warcraft 3 reforged.
You see the thing with remasters is gamers want improved graphics and mechaincs or smoother fps. What Devs or publishers or whatever businessmen are at the top hear is:
"oh same game on a different console"
or
"oh old game with all the new ♥♥♥♥ that we keep adding to make money by milking our fanbase that all our fans hate"
See gamers don't have a stake in the claim. THEY DO IT FOR FREE!!!!
For the love of the game. Devs publishers etc. all do it for a paycheck. They could give honestly less of a ♥♥♥♥ if the game comes out great or not. So long as they get paid or make money they don't care.
Heck, I'd even love the Street Fighter II HD Remix on Steam.
Those are remakes though, they have fully new graphics and gameplay.
Pray tell how a new remastered working as intended edition is a negative dot point?
