Better joystick resistance in console shooters need help

I saw something awhile back... I overshoot in shooters all the time cause I press the joystick harder then I need...but someone made bumpers that go around the joystick there like foam...

They go around the joystick to give it more resistance so pushing as hard doesnt make you overshoot cause the foam is slowing it down...anyone know what there called or heard of them I forgot what they were called and want to get them

Seriously I can do without comments like this... its on console... using keyboard and mouse on console no thanks its to much of a hassle....if someone has any actual tips on what the bumpers for the joystick are called it would be most helpful...

There foam and they fit around the joystick tucking in so when you move the joystick it gives resistance....

Asking about console issues on the most PC centric forum on the planet is borderline trolling. Ignore the comments, you're going to get them anyway.

Actually found them... and its an off topic forum...I just assumed there wasnt gonna be that many childish trolls...

But there you go... anyway to anyone actually interested in bettering your aim kinda like training wheels for console shooters...
