Will uninstalling fallout 3 and new vegas remove TTW?

I want to uninstall ttw becuase I want to play through fallout 3 with mods and having ttw seems to prevent certain fo3 mods to work, however I am having a bit of trouble uninstalling TTW so I deleted all local files on both fallout 3 and nv and am currently waiting on fo3 to download again, I know I sound like a noob and you guys probably already know of easier ways to uninstall it but will this work?
