thanks but we're almost out of the woods in a couple more days / hours.

but yeah this freak winter storm just came outta nowhere and our local and state governments were and still are on that R-tard juice.

Body is burning extra calories in response to cold - Just eating everything, plants, animals, birds, fishes like an animal, to get back this heat calories.
Better is campfire - To not lose this heat calories.

We just had a cold snap of -40s for a week and a half, which isn't unusual for February. Still it sucks, and good thing we didn't rely on our wind farms which were running at anywhere between 0% capacity and 2% capacity. Would have resulted in 98%+ of the province being killed

I remember travelling through China with -10 degrees C.
I had a winter's jacket on and went out for five to ten minutes to look for breakfast (hotel breakfast was non-existing for some reason) and had to turn back to the hotel!

If I am going to be outside in -20, I am going to be in my parka. It's rated for much lower. And I almost always have fire, a knife, and a flashlight. I wouldn't be outside or travel unless an emergency. Got a generator, 8 gallons of gas, multiple propane tanks and grill and heater.

I upped a few things after that 120mph winds.
