Do you like games with multiple endings?
I prefer the tradition where there is only 1 good ending. Others choices are game over. :erune:

If the ♥♥♥♥ ones are hard to get, yes.
If the good ending is hard to get, no.
I hate being punished by a game for not being good enough
either one ending or multiple endings but without really having just that usual ''bad'' vs ''good'' endings where you have to meet certain weird and hard to obtain requirments to get the ''good'' ending.

Chrono trigger did multiple ending well and almost all of the bonus endings on the new games+ is only a matter of beating lavos at the right time inside the story but they're not really something you ''have'' to see to enjoy the game itself.

otherwise I prefer it being based on choices then just random ''did you think of pulling that switch or find these Items before beating the final boss ?'' thing.

Yeah, provided the endings are different because of gameplay choices and not just because of a multi-choice question or something stupid like that.

Different storylines adds to some replay value. Havent played a lot like that but i think the first fable on xbox had a few different paths to complete it.

Sure... one ending is just boring.
Depends how good the game is. If they game has a ton of replayability anyway, then multiple endings are good.
only if the other endings are equally viable and not just "bad" endings with one "true" ending
I still have yet to get every ending for Papers Please.

I dunno, generally I'm not into games with mutiple endings. Because I've seen some low effort games that have a short average playthrough time and artificially try to extend it with mutiple endings to get over the 2 hours refund time. And you are forced to play them in a certain way and make certain decisions to reach those endings, not a fan of that either.

But there are exceptions of course.
I like when your choices affect the ending, a specific ending is something you're building towards for a good portion of the game (think Fallout New Vegas).

I don't like it when a game basically goes "well there's 15 mins left so you better pick an ending!".

I like to see the consequences of my actions.
The first run is my definitive ending that came around organically. Alt ending runs is purposely doing things different just to see what if. Stalker SOC I pretty much choose the one ending all the time on replays now after seeing all the others. That was an alt ending run.
