I think there is a very fine balance here as well. What determines which ending you get? If it's reliant on your choices you made previously, I'm way more likely to not do the other endings, since I can't be bothered to memorize my previous choices. If it's some secret stuff that I missed and it's not too difficult to find in a new playthrough, I would probably be excited to find new content. If it's too hidden, I might either look up to see if there are any secrets and make a decision from that.
I tend to prefer to have closure on a game. If there are multiple possibilities, it just obscures the experience for me. It would also be very problematic, if developers want to make a sequel since it will retcon all other endings, apart from the one they chose to continue the story with. Would I play the sequel, if developers chose to continue the story with an ending I didn't like? Very difficult to say. I would have to see what the game is like before making a judgement. Nonetheless, it would probably irk me if I did choose to play it. Perhaps I just get bothered too easily.
I guess it depends upon the game.
I also like games with only one ending and I often enough replay such a game to experience the story again.
Though, it's nice to have choices with different outcomes.
