I do not like this bait, bring me some other bait!
Companies only care about money. Whatever persona they put on is only there to get you to consume more product.
ex:
Like shell shocked turned to ptsd to batle fatigue.
some words like Native Americans instead of Indians since Indians were from India not America and more were coming to the USA like okay i get that part.
The main movement imo was the LGBT+ community who wanted to have more coddled language and phrases as well as marketing. Then boy oh boy did the teenagers and mostly white ones start pushing it super hard. Especially the liberal arts majors who winded up as teachers and educators. They shoved that ♥♥♥♥ so far down every kid's throats that it literally brain washed them.
At first it was a solo thing. Like only small groups here and there. Then the Corporations jumped in and it was all over. Ben and Jerry's and other outliers have been doing this ♥♥♥♥ for years prior. I'm talking about the big ones like McDonalds, Game developers/publishers, Coca Cola, basically any company that can be its own independent nation with all the $$$ they make.
Then the smaller businesses started joining in.
Truth be told i like some political correctness or rather not calling people things like R tard or the N word. Though it's a double edged sword if you name call people who don't agree with you on the same premises. Still the thing that is bad is quotas and wokeness agendas were created. So
instead of make X product sell X items and promote X
it's now
Promote X, make X product, sell X items if any.
Wokeness is at the core virtue signaling to get
2 - it's entertainment and should be treated as such
3 - i myself difference content from it's creator(s)
4 - are you worried about Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines "sequel"? Vampires aren't real, they can be written into whatever author wants them to.
5 - no
companies care about profit. if it would hurt their income they wouldn't do it.
@edit: typo
yes, the answer is mostly yes
Same thing.
Although I do use some forums as a form of escapism to blow off some steam, this topic however is not one of them
